The News - CHITRAL: Workers and leaders of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) have urged MNA Shehzada Mohiuddin to join the party to make it a strong political force in the district.
Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, local leaders of PPP including Iqbal Hussain, Aizazur Rehman, Israruddin, Khurshid Muhammad, Imtiaz Hussain and others said the inclusion of MNA Shezada Mohiuddin would further strengthen the PPP.
“Those who oppose the MNA decision to join the PPP are not sincere with the party, workers and the area,” Iqbal Hussain said. He appealed to the MNA not to waste more time and announce joining the PPP so that a new era of development and prosperity could be kicked-off in the backward and neglected Chitral district. He also accused the PPP local leaders of mishandling the cards of the Benazir Income Support Programme.
