Peshawar—Former member of the National Assembly from Chitral Abdul Akbar Chitrali has demanded immediate release of required funds for the completion of Lowari Tunnel project.
Addressing at news conference, here at Peshawar press club Monday, he said that the construction work had been suspended since
last one year due to non-payment of funds to construction company Sambo. Flanked MPA from Chitral, Ghulam Mohammad, he said that government had allocated 17 billion for the mega developmental project in Chitral to complete in 2013, but it released only 0.6 million.
