Karachi—The Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development (AKU-IED) is organising an international conference on the state of education and its relevance in present times from November 1 to 3 in Karachi.

The sub-themes will cover innovations in teaching, conventional and alternative assessment methods, the relevance of curriculum in changing times, responsive governance and management, and educational policies and practices that can contribute to societal well-being. There will also be concurrent paper presentations on a variety of topics, including:
