Three drowned in River Chitral.

CHITRAL, August 07, 2010 (Balochistan Times): Two persons swept away in River Chitral when they were collecting woods from flood water. Drosh Police had confirmed that two persons collecting woods from flood water at River Chitral have been drowned. The first incident occurred at Kaiso where Naveed Ahmad was collecting woods in flood water at River Chitral and was swept away in flash water. In another incident Sher Shah s/o Mir Badshah was also collecting wood at Gahnite village where he also fell into the water and downed. Similarly a woman was swept away at Ayun village. Search for the bodies of all missing persons was continued. Meanwhile heavy flood in Chitral GoalNullah damaged a number of bridges and links roads. (THROUGH ASIA PULSE)
