CHITRAL (GroundReport) : Chief Minster Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif send relief goods for flood affected people of Chitral on behalf of chief of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz group. These relief goods consisting on blankets, quilts warm cloth etc carried to Chitral in 5 trucks. Member Provincial Organizing committee of PML-N, Fazal Rahim Advocate said that some 3000 blankets, quilts etc were sent to Chitral under the umbrella of PML-N and would be distributed among the flood affected. Other Members of district organizing committee of PML-N were also present on the occasion who distributed these things equally among the affected people. Haji Muhammad Khan chief organizer of PML-N district Chitral as well as Fazal Rahim Advocate thanked to Punjab government who supported them on this occasion of natural calamity and disaster. They said that although PML-N central leadership has sent Blankets, Quilts, and we are thankful to them but we appeal them for sending food items. They demanded for more relief consisting on food items, like rice, sugar, flour, pulses because the flood affected people need edible and food commodities. A large number of party workers as well as representatives of each affected village were present on the occasion who took these relief items to their entire areas which would be distributed among the affected people. These affected people of Chitral also thanked to PML-N chief as well as government of Punjab for sending (donating) these relief goods to them to compensate them after devastating flood.
