#CHITRAL: All Pakistan Muslim League (#APML) Member of National Assembly (MNA) Iftikharuddin on Saturday accused the workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) of interfering in the affairs of government departments in Chitral.
In a statement, he said the people of Chitral had voted in favour of APML and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) candidates and the PTI workers had no right to meddle in the official work. He said that over 70 percent of youth were educated in Chitral and they believed in getting their rights on merit. He said transfer and posting was the prerogative of the head of a department, but the PTI workers were interfering in official work.
To a question, he said the election tribunal would decide the case of PPP’s Sardar Hussain and APML’s Ghulam Mohammad on merit. However, Waqas Ahmad, a lawyer for Ghulam Mohammad, expressed dissatisfaction over the commission’s report. The News
