"Flood: The Awesome Power" is a 17-minute public awareness video released through NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) in 1988. The video features the hazards that flash floods cause, and offers up valid safety advice still applicable today. Produced by Robert B. Amdur, Frank A. Maniglia, and Robert R. Denny via ThirtyFive Sixteen Productions, for the U.S. Department of Commerce.
