ARY Digital Network Acquires Majority Stake in Nukta to Expand Digital Media Presence

ARY Digital Network has acquired a majority stake in the digital media platform Nukta, marking a significant step in ARY Group's strategy to strengthen its presence in the rapidly evolving digital media space. The acquisition aims to combine ARY's strong broadcast influence with Nukta's growing digital journalism platform to reach wider audiences across television and online channels.

According to Salman Iqbal, founder of ARY Digital Network and CEO of ARY Group, the partnership reflects the company's commitment to innovation in modern journalism. He said integrating Nukta into ARY's ecosystem will enhance its digital footprint while building on ARY's established global broadcasting leadership.

Under the new arrangement, Nukta will continue operating from its Dubai headquarters while becoming part of ARY's international media network. Veteran journalist Kamran Khan, founder of Nukta, will serve as Chairman of ARY News and Nukta. As part of the collaboration, his flagship program "On My Radar" will soon be broadcast on ARY News, expanding its reach to a much larger television audience. 📺
