Moscow (CNN) -- A crash involving a large truck and a bus carrying children killed 18 people in a Moscow suburb Saturday, authorities said.
Four of the victims died in the hospital, Russia's Ministry of Emergencies said, and 25 people have been hospitalized with injuries.
Dozens of ambulance crews responded to the accident in the village of Oznobishino, state-run news agency RIA Novosti reported.
Helicopters will fly in medical personnel.
